Time is a constraint for you, but you surely want to start your cleanse, try this 2 hr detox program. We have put together those therapies that can get your toxins out. Includes a 90 min Abhyanga warm oil massage & Udvartana body scrub followed by steam

This 4 hr program includes Ayurvedic consultation, 90 minute Abhyanga Shirodhara combo,a 60 minute Udvartan, steam and Nasyam nasal detox. A light meal will be served.The combination of therapies will be customised and determined by the ayurvedic Practitioner as some of the therapies listed are not recommended to be performed together.
Cost: 3 day is $1500, 5 day is $2250
This is the ultimate in detox. Detox under the guidance of an Ayurvedic Practitioner. This includes planned customised therapies right for you, your dosha, customised meals and yoga as part of your daily routine with our Ayurvedic Practitioner, Ritu Bhalla.

Nasyam is a nasal detox which provides relief from cold & allergy. This package includes a 30 minute Head Neck Shoulder massage to help relieve cold headaches.
