Yoga Classes
Pranaa offers various gentle yoga styles that help you develop a practice, specific to your individual needs and capabilities. The yoga styles taught here emphasize linking breath and movement and offer individualized approaches respecting the needs of each person. The focus is on the inner experience and particular healing benefits of each posture rather than on achieving a particular external form. Many of our teachers are certified in the Viniyoga and Kripalu style of yoga along with instructors trained from some of the well-known yoga centers in India. We can help you take your practice to new depths in your life.
Classes
Basic
Pranaa offers basic yoga classes. This class is ideal for those completely new to yoga or those who would like to review yoga fundamentals.
Mixed
This program is open to all students with a genuine interest in Yoga. Mixed level classes are scheduled conveniently on many days of the week for a hour and a half. This class is ideally suited for students who have been practicing yoga for a while and would like more challenging asanas. The emphasis in this class is to refine your practice and build your inner understanding. Sessions run monthly and each class is for 90 minutes.
Meditation & Vedic Chanting

Private Yoga Session
An opportunity to work one-on-one to develop a yoga practice, to further enhance your yoga training or to explore an area of physical limitation. If you would like to be guided through a sequence privately, this is an ideal program. Call the studio to learn more about your private session.
Yoga for Back Pain
In this class you learn tools and skills to alleviate common problems associated with lower back pain. Students will learn yoga poses and techniques that will strengthen back muscles.
